COMPLAIN TO XANAVI SUPPLIER
While Xanavi people are keen to sell you this software, they won't support you or fix the problem.
My problem happened suddenly after several years of normal driving. Then, all of a sudden the Unauthorised warning message started. I contacted Xanavi and after the first response they never responsed again with a solution. Frequent requests for assistance or a clean working version failed to get any help.
Be very careful working with this company. They are happy to take your money but don't want to help when their software fails.
Installing software
After 3 minutes the Warning message pops up. Then goes on for 1.40 minutes and reboots.
